Issues and Positions

Protect Delaware’s insurance consumers by ensuring companies follow all rules and regulations and lower rates when given the chance.

Continue working to diminish all discriminatory practices to guarantee equal rates regardless of location or marital status.

Work towards lowering rates, keep companies honorable and solvent, and handling any consumer’s complaints and working to dispute them with their respective company.
