Create a fair and equitable justice system that focuses on reducing recidivism rates through rehabilitation. 

Expand military veterans’ access to critical mental health resources.

Expand research into alternative energy sources such as solar and nuclear. 

Ensure all Delaware residents have access to effective and efficient healthcare.

Improve infrastructure such as roads and rural broadband access to give Delaware a competitive advantage in economic growth and investment.
