Served as State Representative in Sussex County 14 years (2023-2009); currently serving on the Women’s Commission for Delaware; former member on the Delaware House of Representatives Joint Finance, Education, and Public Safety committees; taught as a high school teacher at Polytech High School for 6 years;  served as an executive at various financial institutions and the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®

Issues and Positions

Provide students with better access to education and various career paths.

Reduce government regulation on businesses to let small businesses grow and build up the economy. 

Increase state safety by targeting theft of small businesses, improving road infrastructure, and protecting citizens from rising gang and drug violence. 

Speedy and effective care for veterans regardless of their gender.

Preserve our farmland and bring back the importance of agriculture to the state.

Expand access to healthcare with an increase in geriatric and psychiatric care.       

Invest in the state to create better resources such as internet services, better schools, and modes of transportation.
